Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites Victoria, Victoria

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were kept nicely clean and offered beautiful views of the harbor, but the noisy air conditioning units just outside the windows were a bit bothersome. The service was amazing, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate our requests, although there seemed to be lacking customer service during specific shifts. The location was top-notch, being in the heart of Victoria and very close to the harbor. The dining experience was average, with small portions being a downside. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks to consider.
